Roy Lo is an AI Adaptation Advisor, independent researcher, author, and founder of Satiare Pte. Ltd. He has more than two decades of experience leading enterprise IT strategy and large-scale transformation across Fortune 500 and other publicly listed companies, with work spanning Asia, Europe, and the United States.
His perspective combines that field experience with an academic foundation from Purdue University and the University of Oxford. His work focuses on how organizations reframe strategy and navigate organizational change as AI expands their options, with particular attention to leadership, structure, culture, human-AI collaboration, and decision-making under uncertainty.
